A new sustainable village on the Colle Maior mountain, open to Lago Maggiore
The project stems from the need to recover a disused agricultural area, strategically positioned at the top of the hill in the Brughiere area, above Luino. The area will be designated for the settlement of an eco-sustainable village: a real community characterised by passive wooden buildings. The open space is characterised by hierarchical pathways, made of draining material, which in turn leave space for communal areas. Here many activities can take place: sport, meditation, play, swimming, small farming, life trails. The inclusion of autochthonous vegetation makes it possible to restore the original forest environment and recreate the original atmosphere of these places.
